Our Safety Policy

CORPORATE SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

TCA recognizes the importance of the health and safety of staff, pupils and all directly involved in her operations and the need for the preservations of the environment in which she operates. Human resources is our best asset, therefore, it is the policy of TCA to safeguard all persons, property and environment connected with our operations.

We believe that the “safe way is the best way” and therefore accord safety priority.
Safety & security is everyone’s job and everyone is held accountable for it. We also believe that job instructions are incomplete if they are not actually safety based.

In order to realize the above policy statement, TCA, will do everything at all time to:

• Ensure that all persons engaged in her activities are medically fit;
• Ensure that the environment is conducive for academic learning.
• Undertake frequent proactive measures to improve on existing work conditions
• Engage in, and support all program that will improve the awareness of our staff;
• Protect and preserve the environment to the best of her ability
